Quote Service Associate

About the role

The Quote Service Associate supports Arrow Electronics’ global components business by handling Requests for Quotes (RFQs). The role ensures accurate pricing, cost information and data quality while meeting service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to RFQs by scrubbing, cleansing and amending them with pricing and costing details, troubleshooting issues and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Validate request documentation and communicate with requestors for missing information.
• Maintain and enhance the ERP system and a customized semi‑automated RFQ processing solution.
• Review, update and document processes and system configurations based on supplier or internal changes.
• Monitor operational reports and system alerts, escalating issues and communicating proactively with management and stakeholders.
• Refresh underlying data structures to improve matching results and support continuous learning through trainings.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a data‑oriented mindset.
• Motivated, quick learner who enjoys helping others.
