About the role
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join StayHere in Essaouira. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, and providing clear information about services, amenities and local attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle all check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and emails, manage reservations and update guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
- Process payments, issue invoices and keep the front-desk area tidy and professional.
Required profile
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages a plus.
- Basic administrative skills, attention to detail and flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is an asset.
Required skills
- Comfort with reservation and front-desk software.
- Proficiency in email tools and standard office applications.
