Recruitment Assistant – Tangier (Hybrid)

About the role
Join a fast‑growing recruitment firm as a Recruitment Assistant, working side‑by‑side with the executive team in Tangier. You will support the end‑to‑end hiring process for property maintenance and trade positions, primarily for the UK market.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidate applications for the UK construction and trade sectors.
- Conduct daily outreach, follow‑ups, and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn recruitment processes.
- Available for a hybrid schedule: 8 hours onsite in Tangier and 5 hours remote per day.
