Regional Manager – North

About the role

Glovo is seeking a strong leader to manage its largest region in Morocco, covering 10 cities including Rabat and Tangier. You will drive operational excellence, partner success, and growth across the North region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for existing partners and city operations, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Regions and functional heads to define and execute sales, growth, and operational strategies.
• Build, manage, and inspire an account‑management team, fostering their professional development.
• Continuously improve service quality, stay updated on market trends, and maintain operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain detailed reporting models to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Establish strong relationships with partners through proactive communication, meetings, and business reviews.
• Support the team during complex negotiations to secure deals with major chains and smaller partners.
• Lead by example, embodying Glovo’s values and setting high standards for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business development, start‑up or a similar environment with a proven record of meeting challenging KPIs.
• Strong managerial perspective with a solid understanding of P&L drivers.
• Excellent communication skills – speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
• Willingness to travel several days per month across the cities you own.
• Owner mindset: solution‑oriented, persistent, and committed to growing Glovo in the region.
• Superior analytical abilities and readiness to roll up sleeves.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
