Regional Manager - North

About the role

Lead Glovo’s operations across the northern region of Morocco, overseeing a portfolio of 10 cities including Rabat and Tangier. Drive growth, partner success, and operational excellence while collaborating with regional heads and functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team managing existing partners and cities, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Define and implement sales, growth, and operations strategies in partnership with regional and functional heads.
• Build, manage, and inspire an account‑management team, fostering their development.
• Continuously improve service quality, stay updated on market trends, and ensure operational excellence.
• Create and maintain detailed reporting models for strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Maintain strong partner relationships through proactive communication, meetings, and business reviews.
• Support the team in complex negotiations to close deals with major chains and smaller partners.
• Lead by example, upholding Glovo’s values and setting high standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business development, start‑up or similar roles.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging KPIs and delivering projects.
• Strong managerial perspective with understanding of key business drivers and P&L.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel several days per month across assigned cities.
• Owner mindset: solution‑oriented, proactive, and committed to growing Glovo.

Required skills

• Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
