Regional Manager – Rabat

About the role

We’re looking for a strong leader to manage one of our biggest regions in Morocco, covering a portfolio of 10 cities including Rabat and Tangier. The role requires operational prowess, negotiation and collaboration skills, strategic and creative thinking, as well as emotional intelligence to lead a fast‑paced business and inspire a team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team that manages existing partners and cities, driving them to success.
• Collaborate with the Head of Regions and functional heads to define and implement sales, growth and operations strategies.
• Build, manage and inspire an account‑management team.
• Continuously improve service quality, stay up‑to‑date with market trends and ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain detailed reporting models to support regional strategic and operational decisions.
• Maintain excellent partner relationships through proactive communication, meetings and business reviews.
• Guide the team through complex negotiations and close important deals with top chains and smaller partners.
• Lead by example, uphold Glovo’s values and set high standards for the team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business development, start‑up or a similar environment.
• Proven track record of delivering challenging KPIs or projects.
• Strong managerial perspective with a solid understanding of business P&L drivers.
• Excellent communication skills – speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
• Willingness to travel several days per month across the cities under your ownership.
• Owner mindset, solution‑oriented and able to balance rapid execution with attention to detail.
• Superior analytical abilities and fluency in French, Arabic and English.
