About the role
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone and live chat while delivering a high‑quality, empathetic experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
