Remote Recruitment Coordinator (Account Manager Pathway)

About the role

Talent Potential Consulting is a boutique HR advisory and recruitment firm working with growth-stage technology companies, GCCs and scaling businesses across India and Singapore. It is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who wants to grow into an Account Manager within 6 to 12 months, through a structured pathway built around the firm's delivery model. The Coordinator keeps the operational side of each mandate running smoothly while the Account Manager focuses on client relationships, candidate assessments and offer negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm interviews across several active mandates
• Keep candidates warm and informed at every stage
• Follow up on client and candidate feedback without being asked twice
• Log mandate progress accurately in the systems
• Manage the WhatsApp jobs channel with consistent, well-formatted postings
• Take full ownership of the operational layer so the Account Manager can focus on deep conversations

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing environment, long enough to understand how a mandate works and what a candidate brief looks like
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work fully remote with no fixed hours
• Comfortable working directly with the co-founders in a small, visible team
