About the role
The Reservation Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort. This role ensures every reservation is handled accurately and efficiently, reflecting the resort’s high standards of service and the magical Moroccan experience it offers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and reservation systems with precise data entry.
- Prepare and send booking confirmations, and manage modifications, cancellations, and follow‑ups.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and deposit requirements to optimise occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for VIP guests and special requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑oriented, organised, and able to work collaboratively with other teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software.
