Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team, handling inbound guest inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the role focuses on delivering high‑quality service while driving sales for the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective guests, providing accurate information about the hotel and its amenities.
• Capture sales opportunities and process reservations in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Coordinate reservation details to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless arrival experiences.
• Maintain quality assurance, monitor call and email conversion rates, and uphold global reservation standards.
• Collaborate with the Worldwide Reservations Office and the Sales team on group bookings and rate availability.
• Develop and sustain business relationships to actively drive hotel sales.

Required profile

• Strong ability to sell the resort and convey information to prospective guests.
• Focus on quality assurance and adherence to global reservation standards.
• Excellent communication skills for handling calls and emails.
• Experience working with reservation systems and coordinating group bookings is advantageous.
