Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and managing bookings for Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from inquiry to arrival, reflecting the brand’s warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and GDS with courtesy and efficiency.
• Promote room types, suites, packages, and hotel experiences to maximize revenue.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both properties, including amenities, dining, spa, and experiences.
• Enter, modify, and confirm reservations in the Property Management System accurately.
• Manage guest preferences, special requests, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Process cancellations, no‑shows, and amendments with timely follow‑up.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or sales; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
• Strong sales ability to identify guest needs and recommend suitable options.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and genuine passion for guest service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a Property Management System.
