Responsable de synthèse Architecture EE

About the role

ALTEN is looking for a Responsable de synthèse Architecture EE to lead the electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture synthesis for vehicle projects in its Rabat delivery centre. The role involves analysing system specifications, managing network synoptics and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and validate system specifications against the E/E architecture.
• Manage applicative architecture activities for vehicle projects, including network synoptic definition (LIN, CAN, VAN).
• Monitor the E/E complexity matrix and track its evolution.
• Perform E/E I/O allocation using tools such as Balli and Louise.
• Design and manage DC power distribution and battery/alternator balance.
• Lead dynamic simulations of alternator behavior and voltage drop analysis.
• Manage technical deliverables, project planning and milestone reporting.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory rules and engineering standards.
• Analyse and resolve ECU‑level issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Evaluate engineering change impacts and manage configuration in PLM tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electronics or Embedded Systems Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in automotive E/E architecture and systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, VAN) and ECU interactions.
• Experience with power distribution design, electrical simulations and V‑cycle development process.
• Proficiency in PLM tools, change management (ECR) and technical project planning.
