Responsable Maintenance – Gestion d'équipe et équipements

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for the upkeep of approximately 200 pieces of equipment in a high‑tech manufacturing environment. You will drive skill development, ensure equipment reliability, and support the company’s safety and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the competencies of the maintenance team.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and process issues using root‑cause analysis, the 8D methodology, and other proven techniques.
• Track key performance indicators such as OEE, TUD, and MTBI, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for roughly 200 assets.
• Ensure compliance with EHSE (environment, health, safety, and environment) objectives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in electronics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or electricity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
