Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will lead the hotel’s revenue accounting function, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This position provides leadership on revenue recognition policies and works closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all technical accounting aspects of the hotel’s revenue streams.
• Develop and implement revenue accounting best practices and policies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to align revenue strategies.
• Monitor and report on revenue performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism Management; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager.
• Strong strategic orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
