Revenue (Pricing & Uptake) Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue (Pricing & Uptake) Professional to develop tailored landside transportation solutions for our customers across Full Container Load (FCL), rail and depot services. You will work closely on tenders and requests, designing optimal transport options and setting competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized landside transportation solutions (FCL, rail, depot) for customers.
• Understand customer needs and market dynamics to create effective transportation strategies.
• Set competitive pricing that aligns with customer expectations and business goals.
• Manage and respond to tenders and transportation requests, delivering optimal solutions.
• Monitor market trends, prices and competition to refine pricing strategies.
• Report on KPIs such as volume growth, conversion ratios and gross profit delivery.
• Analyse market intelligence and customer landscape to adjust strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in solution creation and pricing for depot/landside transportation.
• Strong knowledge of market prices, transportation solutions and industry trends.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset capable of balancing competitive pricing with value creation.
• Self‑driven and collaborative, thriving in a fast‑paced international environment.
