About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Client Relations Intern to support our sales team in Tanger. The role involves direct client contact, handling inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Contact clients by phone and support sales activities.
- Respond to client requests submitted through the website.
- Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires and surveys.
- Ensure thorough follow‑up with customers and help improve their experience.
- Utilize various IT tools required for daily tasks.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and oral fluency.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Good command of IT and office tools.
- Dynamic, serious, organized and motivated.
- Commercial mindset with a sense of customer service.
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
