About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Client Relations Intern to support our sales team in Tanger. The role involves direct client contact, handling inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Contact clients by phone and support sales activities.
Respond to client requests submitted through the website.
Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires and surveys.
Ensure thorough follow‑up with customers and help improve their experience.
Utilize various IT tools required for daily tasks.

Required profile

Strong communication skills and oral fluency.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Good command of IT and office tools.
Dynamic, serious, organized and motivated.
Commercial mindset with a sense of customer service.
Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
