Sales Closer (Remote, Commission‑Only)

About the role
Prime Circle Banking is looking for a results‑driven Sales Closer to turn a steady flow of qualified leads into paying clients. You will work remotely, using a structured VSL funnel and phone‑closing techniques to drive revenue for our global banking services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through the VSL funnel, quickly qualify prospects and run closing calls with method and discipline.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by managing a large volume of leads, prioritising opportunities and ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Log every interaction, update statuses and next steps in Pipedrive or HubSpot, and coordinate follow‑ups via Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Communicate with clients across multiple time zones in English (mandatory) and optionally French, adapting the sales pitch to each prospect’s context.
- Track KPIs, report performance to management, identify recurring objections and suggest improvements to the sales process.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience selling coaching, consulting, training, finance or similar advisory services.
- Proven ability to close high‑value services by phone and manage a fast‑paced pipeline.
- Comfortable working outside standard hours to accommodate international clients.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
