Sales Development Manager

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities. You will proactively engage target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and schedule discovery meetings that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect into an assigned list of new‑logo accounts to uncover potential compliance needs.
• Learn and diagnose clients' compliance challenges and position our solutions.
• Build relationships with key buying personas and secure commitment for deeper discussions.
• Arrange discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Collaborate on call and email campaigns with assigned sales representatives.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and document insights.
• Execute outbound campaigns designed by Marketing, Product, and Commercial Leadership.
• Log all engagement activity in Salesforce.com.

Required profile

• Strong English and German communication abilities.
• 5+ years of successful sales prospecting or business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual lead‑generation targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑managed with strong time‑management and organizational capabilities.
• Continuous learner eager to master industry knowledge and technical product suites.
• Team player who collaborates across all organizational levels.
