Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Fes. The role focuses on maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems by coordinating with relevant departments such as Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts like rewards points or gift certificates.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail, and enter Marriott Rewards information into the system.
• Promote Marriott’s brand image internally and externally and manage redemption of Marriott Rewards points.
• Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, and monitor performance to ensure quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
