Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager with Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality for group clients, turning leads into memorable stays. You will work closely with the hotels team to generate new business, nurture existing accounts, and ensure every guest experiences the warmth and light of Hilton’s service.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed group sales targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, building and maintaining client relationships to grow room revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies, business plans, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Coordinate booking details, including rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensure accurate entry into the hotel’s sales management system.
