Sales Manager – Machinery Solutions

About the role

Philipp Process Technology is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development for its machinery portfolio in Morocco and the wider North‑African market. Based in Casablanca, you will work closely with international teams to identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed B2B machinery targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Morocco and neighboring markets.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to qualification and closing.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with regular follow‑up.
• Establish long‑term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team when required.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
• Collaborate with international departments for seamless project execution.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client records using CRM systems.
• Represent the company at meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Travel locally and internationally as needed (approximately one week per month).
