About the role
Uniguest is seeking a Sales Manager for Morocco to drive net‑new revenue across key verticals. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a robust sales pipeline and close strategic deals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators and strategic partners throughout Morocco.
- Identify key stakeholders, map decision‑makers and create sustainable pipelines.
- Execute a new‑business sales strategy aligned with regional revenue targets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to prioritize accounts and partner opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast pipeline health and report progress and risks.
- Present Uniguest’s product portfolio, run early‑stage demos and support pre‑sales activities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product and technical teams to close deals.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a proven record of winning new business.
- Consistent delivery of net‑new revenue against regional targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management and forecasting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a goal‑oriented environment.
