Missions principales

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Act as a shield for the team by removing impediments and proactively escalating blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coach and mentor engineering teams on Agile principles, helping them evolve their practices and mindset.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as velocity, sprint metrics, and overall delivery health.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and well-groomed backlog.
• Support cross-team coordination within large-scale agile environments to ensure alignment and synergy.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master specifically within software development environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and modern agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts within distributed teams.
• A pragmatic approach to process: ability to balance agile rigor with the practical needs of delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and product stakeholders.

Competences requises

• Agile Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile.
• Tools: Mastery of Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps.
• Certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I/II, or equivalent preferred.
• Soft Skills: Conflict resolution, coaching, and team facilitation.
