Seat Components Maintenance Manager

About the role

Martur Fompak, a manufacturer of seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, is looking for a Seat Components Maintenance Manager in Tangier. The role leads maintenance across the metal manufacturing area and the production equipment, covering robotics, automation and industrial technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the site maintenance strategy, lead maintenance teams across production areas and set standards and best practices
• Ensure maximum availability of metal stamping and forming lines, robotic welding cells, automated assembly systems, foam production equipment, headrest sewing machines, injection molding machines and material handling systems
• Oversee maintenance of Siemens, Schneider and Allen Bradley controllers, industrial networks, robotic systems (ABB, FANUC, KUKA), HMI and SCADA systems, and vision inspection systems, and promote predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0
• Lead root cause analysis, manage improvement projects and capital investments, and drive TPM and Lean Maintenance
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, control spare parts inventory and supplier performance, and manage service contracts and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, support audits and lead risk assessments and machine safety improvement plans

Required profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, including managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects

Required skills

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems
• Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance KPI management
• Experience with metal manufacturing, welding, robotics and industrial automation, injection molding, and preventive and predictive maintenance
