Security Engineer Analyst (Privileged Access)

About the role

The Security Engineer Analyst will be responsible for securing privileged access across AXA GBS Morocco, standardising account management processes and supporting users on security‑related topics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform local operations and processes for privileged access security, including account management and recertification.
• Plan, coordinate and manage periodic recertification campaigns following global frameworks.
• Handle security request management in SILVA and ServiceNow, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Produce weekly and monthly monitoring reports for CyberArk access and security incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac + 4/5 in Security Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT security, risk, audit or similar in a dynamic enterprise environment.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 and ITIL V3 (Foundation level).
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

• SharePoint configuration and administration.
• Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) development.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excel and PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
