Senior Account Executive – Fintech Sales (MENA)

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead sales and partnership initiatives with fintech and digital banking clients across Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Mauritania. The role spans Visa’s core consumer payments, commercial & money‑movement solutions, and value‑added services, driving revenue growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deepen relationships with key fintechs and digital banks in the target markets.
• Identify commercial opportunities, assess risks, and structure deals that promote growth across Visa’s product portfolio.
• Defend and expand existing account revenue in core, commercial, and value‑added services.
• Use a consultative sales approach to deliver client‑centric solutions and expand acceptance in under‑penetrated segments.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and act as a thought leader for fintech and digital banking.
• Represent Visa at client engagements and industry events.
• Manage program budgets, track KPIs, and support OPEX optimization.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and emerging business opportunities with internal alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in payments, fintech, or acquiring.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong commercial deal modelling and negotiation expertise.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem.
