About the role
Glovo is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with its top food‑service partners in Morocco. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring partners receive a WOW experience while driving mutual business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end strategic partner relationships, including P&L oversight, product integration, and co‑marketing initiatives.
- Onboard new partners, providing tools and information needed to launch on the platform.
- Monitor partner performance, analyse key KPIs, and drive month‑over‑month growth.
- Lead partnership renegotiations to secure sustainable economics for both parties.
- Collect partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to foster a supportive, high‑performance environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly organised, deadline‑driven and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive ownership mindset with a bias for action.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Excellent commercial, communication, interpersonal and project‑management skills.
- Fluent in English; French and Arabic also required.
