Senior AI Solution Architect

About the role

BCG Platinion is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to partner with client leadership in Casablanca. You will design and deliver high‑impact AI‑driven solutions that translate strategic ambitions into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and BCG teams to identify, design, and implement AI use cases, including generative AI and core system modernization.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI solution delivery: problem framing, data strategy, model integration, and scalable deployment.
• Own workstreams, guide client technology and business teams, and ensure delivery quality through agile and modern software engineering practices.
• Drive the diffusion of GenAI capabilities across industries, moving from experimentation to industrialization.
• Contribute to BCG Platinion’s digital and technology agenda by developing innovative AI use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI solutions for large enterprises, preferably in banking or engineering sectors.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into technical implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in a consulting environment and leading cross‑functional teams.
