Senior Beverages Application Technologist

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Senior Application Technologist – Beverages to join its Flavours Creation and Application team in Casablanca. You will support customers across West and Central Africa, applying and evaluating flavours to help create consumer‑preferred beverage products and drive Givaudan’s growth in taste innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and communication for beverage customers throughout West & Central Africa.
• Develop and deliver concept presentations, flavour samples and ready‑to‑drink demonstrations.
• Work with customers to optimise recipes, conduct trial productions and implement Givaudan solutions.
• Apply, evaluate and monitor flavour performance, stability and compliance with legislation.
• Select optimal flavours based on taste profile, technical suitability, cost and regulatory requirements.
• Identify appropriate flavour delivery systems and translate market trends into new product concepts.
• Support the development and implementation of new beverage technologies in collaboration with regional innovation centres.
• Train commercial teams and customers on new capabilities and share technical expertise across the organisation.
