About the Position

As a Senior English Language Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformative learning experiences that bridge the gap between linguistic theory and real-world communicative success.

Main Missions

• Deliver high-quality English language instruction to a diverse range of learners, both online and in-person.
• Design and implement innovative, engaging lesson plans tailored to adult and young adult learning needs.
• Ensure all educational content and classroom delivery strictly adhere to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) standards.
• Assess individual student progress through continuous monitoring and formal evaluations to ensure measurable growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Development team to refine and enhance educational materials.
• Foster a learning environment that builds student confidence and encourages practical, real-world language application.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior English Instructor, preferably working with adult learners.
• Deep expertise in CEFR standards and communicative language teaching methodologies.
• Ability to manage diverse classrooms in both virtual (remote) and physical (Riyadh-based) settings.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and pedagogical innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a multicultural clientele across the Middle East.
