Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React, Next.js & Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design and build high‑performance, secure and scalable solutions. You will work primarily with Java (Spring Boot) on the back‑end and React/Next.js on the front‑end, ensuring seamless integration between server‑side logic and user experience. The role is fully remote and part of Mindera’s Engineering department.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React and Next.js.
• Implement micro‑service architectures, manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Collaborate with product and design teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver features on schedule.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, approachable attitude.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working with little supervision and able to fit well within a team‑oriented culture.

Required skills

• Java with Spring Boot.
• React.js and Next.js.
• Micro‑services, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• State management (Redux or similar), GraphQL and REST APIs.
• HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS/PostCSS.
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library.
• Performance optimisation, observability (Grafana, Core Web Vitals), SEO and accessibility best practices.
