Senior Manager, Global Change – Cash & Voucher Assistance

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager to lead global change for its Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA) programme. The role will guide the design, rollout and adoption of an integrated, automated CVA solution across country offices, improving efficiency, transparency and donor accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the organisational context and map stakeholders to create a comprehensive change plan.
• Develop and maintain change artefacts such as stakeholder matrices, communication plans and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with the Digital Programming Team to align priorities, set timelines and monitor implementation progress.
• Coordinate with regional change managers and local offices to embed new processes and practices.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and technology partners to evaluate proposed solutions.
• Ensure alignment with broader transformation initiatives and compliance with global legal requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management within large, multi‑country programmes.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian or development contexts and donor reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and mitigate change impact on people, processes, data and technology.

Required skills

• Change management methodologies and tools (e.g., stakeholder analysis, impact assessment).
• Project planning and monitoring techniques.
• Familiarity with digital transformation concepts.
