Senior Manager, Indicator Enablement

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager, Indicator Enablement to lead the vision, development and operational use of its global indicator framework. The role will own the Indicator Library and related analytics products, ensuring that data on children’s outcomes is practical, usable and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision for global indicators, ensuring they are field‑ready and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Act as primary product owner for the Indicator Library, steering feature development and managing capabilities such as outcome deep‑dives.
• Oversee the integration of indicators into management tools, dashboards and future products like a Form Library.
• Engage senior thematic and Breakthrough leads to build consensus on measurement standards and to advocate for standardized, comparable data.
• Collaborate with country offices to ensure indicators are practical and support operational delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams at country‑office level in Operations, Technical Expertise (TE) or Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL).
• Strong understanding of how measurement works in field programmes and the ability to balance operational instincts with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to negotiate with senior leaders.
