Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer – AI Projects

About the role

As a Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer II focused on AI and Digital Manufacturing Solutions, you will bridge manufacturing operations, process engineering, data science, and AI development teams to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manufacturing challenges addressable by AI, develop business cases, and define success criteria.
• Support design, validation, deployment, and industrialization of AI solutions across sites.
• Analyze process data, define data governance, and integrate AI into operational workflows.
• Establish AI governance, standards, KPIs, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Lead multiple AI projects from concept to deployment, managing scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years experience in manufacturing, process development, industrial engineering, automation, analytics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Required skills

• AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Digital Assistants, Advanced Analytics, Intelligent Automation.
• Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with MES, ERP, industrial data systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping.
