Senior MLOps / AIOps Engineer

About the role

RED TIC is looking for a Senior MLOps / AIOps Engineer to bridge the gap between data science and production. You will work with data scientists, software engineers and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable machine‑learning models in our cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Automate the end‑to‑end deployment of ML models and integrate them with applications and services.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing and serving.
• Implement monitoring and observability for model performance, detecting drift, latency or resource issues.
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects to understand model requirements and deployment constraints.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI) using containers (Docker, Rancher) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Helm).
• Develop robust data pipelines for model training and testing, ensuring versioning and reproducibility.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps or software engineering, with at least 1 year focused on ML model deployment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Python (mandatory); Java or Go (optional).
• ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
• ML lifecycle tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX.
• CI/CD platforms: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Version control: Git.
• Containerization: Docker, Rancher.
• Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Data storage: SQL databases, Object Storage.
