Senior .NET Backend Developer

About the role

Mindera is looking for a seasoned Senior .NET Backend Developer to join a high‑performance engineering team. You will design, build, and operate cloud‑native, distributed systems that serve global users while owning the full software lifecycle from concept to production monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ambiguous business requirements, refine acceptance criteria and ensure technical feasibility.
• Design decoupled, scalable solutions using microservices and event‑driven architecture patterns.
• Develop highly concurrent, thread‑safe applications with C# and .NET 8+.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development, writing unit and integration tests with xUnit and WireMock.
• Deploy code through CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity) and monitor production using AWS CloudWatch and New Relic.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and clearly communicate trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating complex, high‑throughput backend systems.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with AWS services, especially container workloads (ECS/EC2) and messaging (SQS/SNS).
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and event‑driven patterns.
• Ownership mindset across the entire development lifecycle.
