About the role
We are seeking a Senior Observability & Automation Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Cloud team in Rabat. You will help design and operate resilient, automated, and observable IT platforms that support our cloud transformation and Kubernetes initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and evolve enterprise observability platforms.
- Administer and optimise Dynatrace and Zabbix environments.
- Develop monitoring strategies for infrastructure, applications and cloud services.
- Create automation and self‑healing solutions using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM solutions.
- Support cloud migration, Kubernetes and container workloads.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents.
- Produce operational dashboards, KPIs and performance reports.
- Participate in architecture reviews and mentor technical teams.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical monitoring platforms.
Required profile
- Passionate about building resilient, automated and observable IT platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience delivering enterprise‑grade monitoring solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
