About the role

We are seeking a Senior Observability & Automation Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Cloud team in Rabat. You will help design and operate resilient, automated, and observable IT platforms that support our cloud transformation and Kubernetes initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement and evolve enterprise observability platforms.
Administer and optimise Dynatrace and Zabbix environments.
Develop monitoring strategies for infrastructure, applications and cloud services.
Create automation and self‑healing solutions using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM solutions.
Support cloud migration, Kubernetes and container workloads.
Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents.
Produce operational dashboards, KPIs and performance reports.
Participate in architecture reviews and mentor technical teams.
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical monitoring platforms.

Required profile

Passionate about building resilient, automated and observable IT platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience delivering enterprise‑grade monitoring solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
