Senior P&C Reserving Analyst – Central Reserving

About the role

SCOR is seeking a Senior P&C Reserving Analyst to join its Group Reserving department. The role supports the Central P&C Reserving Lead and reports to the Head of P&C Reserving, contributing to the company’s reserving strategy and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support quarterly reserving closing and performance analysis (actual vs. plan, actual vs. expected, change analysis) in coordination with local reserving teams.
• Assist with regulatory compliance activities at the Group level, including interactions with regulators and auditors.
• Help design and monitor the P&C feedback loop, ensuring alignment between pricing, underwriting, claims, and business performance steering.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the P&C reserving strategy in line with group objectives.
• Provide input on short‑ and medium‑term reserving options from resilience, data, actuarial, and regulatory perspectives.

Required profile

• Experience in P&C reserving and actuarial analysis.
• Familiarity with quarterly reserving processes and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for insurance/reinsurance groups.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, actuarial, underwriting, pricing, and claims functions.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
