Senior Performance Marketing Manager – E‑commerce DTC (US Market)

About the role

Lead and scale Benisouk’s direct‑to‑consumer paid acquisition efforts in the United States. You will own the media budget, attribution, and growth reporting directly to the CEO, driving performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the US DTC media budget, attribution, and growth strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta, Google and TikTok ad campaigns on a blended ROAS/MER basis.
• Utilise the analytics stack (Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo) to report CAC, LTV and MER to the CEO.
• Conduct CRO on Shopify Plus and develop performance‑focused creative briefs (UGC, static, video) for the creative producer.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years hands‑on media buying experience in‑house for a DTC e‑commerce brand.
• Proven track record scaling budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year on Meta and Google.
• Experience with Shopify and an attribution tool such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
• Demonstrated understanding of the US market (direct experience or strong knowledge).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
