Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of AUI’s Faculty Development strategy and drive AI‑enabled teaching initiatives and online course creation. Reporting to the AVP for 21st Century Learning Innovation, the role combines project management, instructional design and technology integration to foster continuous competence‑building across the university.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver faculty development workshops, webinars, seminars and retreats, including needs assessment, logistics and evaluation.
• Identify and promote international faculty development opportunities such as conferences, certifications and scholarships.
• Manage the AUI Faculty Chronicle and communicate development activities to maximise faculty engagement.
• Lead AI‑driven educational projects, implement tools and platforms, and assess their impact through data analysis.
• Support faculty in adopting learning technologies (Canvas, MS Teams, Coursera) and develop online courses following quality assurance standards.
• Execute technology upgrades for classrooms, e‑learning studios and learning platforms.
• Provide data collection and dashboard reporting for the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in a similar project‑management role.
• Project‑management certification (preferred) and relevant IT certifications.
• Strong organizational, analytical and customer‑service orientation.
