Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Allianz Services Morocco is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑moving, international environment. You will partner with hiring managers and business partners to attract top talent that supports the company’s growth and transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from needs analysis to offer acceptance.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, and other innovative methods.
• Conduct HR interviews and ensure rigorous candidate assessment.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, partners, and clients to understand talent needs.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment KPIs, report on performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Oversee successful onboarding and off‑boarding cycles.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or pure recruitment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Result‑driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
