About the role

This position is an integral part of a European retailer’s expansion in Morocco, focusing on growing business opportunities and strengthening supplier relationships across key apparel categories.

Key responsibilities

Drive category growth and unlock new business opportunities across woven, tailoring, jersey, denim, and knitwear.
Manage and monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
Lead and develop a small team, providing motivation and guidance.
Negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers to achieve strong margins.

Required profile

Proven experience as a senior merchandiser, preferably within a sourcing office.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
