Service Coordinator – Maritime Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in Tangier, Morocco. The role involves acting as the main liaison between Rudder Marine Services, its clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery in the maritime sector.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate and schedule services according to client requirements, guaranteeing timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage resources efficiently to optimise service delivery while controlling costs.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss updates and resolve challenges.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of processes that improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar coordination role, preferably within the maritime industry.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2); Spanish is a plus.
• Self-driven with proven ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
