Service Desk Agent Dutch and English

About the role

The Service Desk Agent will provide bilingual (Dutch and English) first‑line IT support to internal users in Casablanca. Working remotely, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues, ensuring high availability and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose and resolve user incidents via phone and email.
• Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Document service requests and forward complex cases to specialised support groups.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in hardware/software evaluations.
• Act as a liaison between users and internal departments to guarantee timely problem resolution.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field or relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Up to two years of experience with Microsoft operating systems, remote administration and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven experience delivering remote IT support.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work shift patterns if required.
