Site Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Shiftmove is expanding its European footprint and is establishing a strategic hub in Casablanca to serve the French market. As the local Site Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day office environment, drive cultural transformation, and ensure seamless execution of customer experience, production, and site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a high‑performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Manage daily office operations, on‑site presence, and local HR/disciplinary actions.
• Partner with global recruitment to scale local talent, improve engagement, and implement retention strategies.
• Centralize and optimize Level 1 Technical Support, monitoring CSAT, SLA, and TTR metrics.
• Build and embed performance measurement structures for onboarding, turning manual workflows into data‑driven processes.
• Act as the primary local anchor, aligning Casablanca site execution with French operational leadership.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in operations, customer experience, or site/hub management within complex international environments.
• Background in fast‑paced SaaS, software, or B2B digital product scale‑ups.
• Proven track record of building or restructuring teams from the ground up in a scale‑up context.
