Site Supervisor (Morocco)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee program management and business administration activities across multiple sites in Morocco, ensuring contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. This role combines operational leadership, government liaison, and aviation maintenance management for rotary‑wing aircraft systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and coordinate work across all assigned locations.
• Serve as Maintenance Manager for aviation maintenance, including repair, rebuild, fabrication, and modification of engines, transmissions, rotor heads, FEDS, and rotor blades.
• Interface with government representatives, unit maintenance managers, company commanders, and contractors to balance priorities and workload.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet mission requirements.
• Adjust work schedules and locations to address readiness needs or parts shortages.
• Conduct regular meetings with regional management and government officials to report progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate support services such as facilities, security, and transportation.
• Provide status updates and technical contributions for policy and procedure implementation.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of rotary‑wing aviation maintenance and back‑shop operations.
• Experience working within U.S. Army and Host Nation environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑site operations and coordinate contractor personnel.
• Strong capability to interact with government and military stakeholders.
