Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Principal Solution Architect (L4) to lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions for its global clients. Based in Morocco, you will work in a bilingual French‑English environment, providing strategic consulting and technical guidance to align technology with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement performance and stability enhancements for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform to meet client‑specific requirements.
• Deliver strategic consulting, advisory services, and market research within the professional services team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support contact‑center analytics and drive insights that improve client outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or system architecture.
• Fluent English; ability to work in French and English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, etc.).
