Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Principal (L4) Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. The role focuses on evaluating, designing, and implementing performance and stability enhancements while aligning solutions with client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and improve performance and stability of D365 CE environments.
• Design, customize, and administer UI and business logic using Power Platform tools.
• Conduct code reviews for C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript implementations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
• Create Azure Application Insights dashboards and Kusto queries to diagnose issues.
• Integrate external systems and data sources, including Dataverse.
• Produce clear findings reports and present actionable recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or architecture.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills for workshops and customer interactions.
• Exceptional organisational ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Customer‑facing experience and a commitment to staying current with modern engineering practices.

Required skills

• Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• C#, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Azure Application Insights and Kusto query language.
• Dataverse integration and model‑driven app development.
• Understanding of network performance indicators and trace analysis.
• Microsoft architect or functional consultant certifications (preferred).
